It dawned on me the other day...put plain oatmeal in your protein shake!
Oatmeal is very good for you and your heart.
Put a scoop of oatmeal in your blender with some milk and hit LIQUEFY.
Then add more milk, some yogurt, berries, bananas, maybe a bit of low fat ice cream, and some whey protein mix in your blender and you are set.
My friend Brian at www.healingthehopeless.com always tells me to use my juicer too.
