Most MasterMind Groups Should Use This Strategy
Remember the story, Stone Soup? If not, you should reread it.
In a nutshell, in Stone Soup, soldiers, in a town with no food, found a pot and pretended to make soup. People from the town were curious. Before long people shared little bits of vegetables and soon the whole town had soup.
It's a good story. Your MasterMind group could use the strategy in some way.
Sh*theads with a negative attitude will moan and tell you your MasterMind can't make any money or push a cause. But you can. Stone Soup is but one story that can give you an idea.

Take Inventory of Your Assets and Arsenal for Your Future
Contrary to what "experts" who are supposedly on your side say,
you do still have a lot of weapons and tools on your disposal.
First, you have your attention. Pay
attention to what you want. Pay
attention to what you respect and admire.
Don't pay attention to your enemies, as they expect attention, praise,
legitimacy, and etc. People who want you
under their thumb will just try to confuse you.
Second, whether you live in the U.S. or not you are born free. You have rights. Neither the Federal Reserve or Ivy League
politicians gave you any rights. Those
people want to take your rights away.
So be free in your mind. Reject
unfair laws. Feel free to criticize
corrupt politicians and "superiors."
Obviously, you don't want to drink their kool aid. You don't have to think the way your
government professor says you should.
Free yourself from sales talk, empty campaign talk, and find the best
options.
Third, you have common sense.
Utilize it. Our real leaders of
the past warned us of subversion, fallacy, scheming, debauchery, immorality,
irresponsibility, and socialism. We used
to be warned as children of pied pipers.
If it hurts, maybe you shouldn't do it.
If its not real food, don't eat it.
If it is not a comedy movie, don't try it if it's illogical or
unreasonable.
Just as no one owes you anything, you don't owe anyone else anything.
Fourth, you have your memory. The
"elites" and all their disciples tell us to forget and obey and to
accept feces as gold. Remember the
schemes used against you. If you choose
not to forget what will prevent the same scam a second time? Definitely forgive, but don't become a
doormat. Remember not to bet the farm
when the market is at an all time high or when expectations are irrational.
Remember things that really work and are helpful. Find new ideas and tips that are
helpful. Obviously, you will want to
remember friends, how to get customers, where to get the bet deal on anything
you may need, how to do a SWOT analysis, ways to improvise, and many other
things.
Fifth, you have (hopefully) your earning power. Increase your earning capacity if you can, by
learning valuable skills. Outsource
small tasks. Begin to create passive income. Invest in any type of tool you firmly believe
will help. Don't do things that jeoprodize your earning power.
Sixth, you have your network. A
person wrongly demonized by some politician, reporter, pastor, teacher, or
anybody might actually be a like minded and friendly person who stood up for
themself. Anyone opposed to your success
and bliss may demean or socially isolate or bait you. All your friends must undertand this. If one does not, then he will be the person
who turns against you and your friends (and for a pittance). Yes, like Judas.
Seventh, you have a Master MInd group (MMG). At least you should be in one soon. Your Master MInd needs to be closed to
outside influences and negativity.
Figure out how to turn negativity into good productive work. In your MMG, you need members with skills,
knowledge, and resources you do not.
Your members should have similar goals.
The people in your Master Mind have to abide by your group's basic rules
and be willing to help each other for money, trade, or for free.
Your MMG needs to operate in a spirit of unity and harmony.
Eighth, you have your cell phone, PC, software, physical tools, physical
equipment, cash, real estate, and specialized knowledge that you can use to
improve your life or reach any goal.
Ninth, you hopefully have mobility.
You hopefully have a vehicle, and the ability to relocate and travel should
you want to.
Tenth, you have your word (and credit and reputation).
Eleventh, you have God. God can move
mountains. God gave you the power and
ability to control yourself, over animals, and more. You do have the power to watch TV and drink
rum but those things only get you so far.

Very Real Conspiracy Theories and Your Wealth
As I wrote in part 2 of the Black Book of the Master Mind, the downfall of the U.S. was planned
long ago. Steering the U.S. over the
cliff will make things equitable for the rest of the world, a professor told
his class in 1994.
After you read the following, you'll see the facts fit.
- We are trained to phrase our affirmations and hypnosis in a positive
way. Telling yourself, "never, ever
do that!" has to be more effective
than trying to formulate a mush mouth positive statement. Sure, 3/4 of our parents over corrected us
with "no's" and negative reinforcement, but big deal!
Experiment on yourself when you use self hypnosis and see if using
"negative" affirmations move you at all.
I honestly think this positive phrasing stuff is conspiracy, made to make
Americans dumb, gullible, and malleable.
- Don't be a perfectionist. Do
sloppy performances win big money? Does
sloppy cleaning and maintenance pass inspection? Does being a perfectionist have to keep you
from getting things done? I say no. If
you were a perfectionist, would you ever practice your craft, sport, or
whatever? No, you'd practice and learn the lessons via mistakes that are
necessary.
- We are trained to watch tv and obey it.
Frequently, us humans try to please mouthpieces, ambush facilitators,
mockers, and critics we see and hear on all media. How much do these programs help you make
money? Are you happy with the politicians and society they have given us? We care too much about the opinions of fools
and evil people.
- Our "superiors" act as if genuine achievement doesn't boost
self esteem. It does. Kill your TV and accomplish something. Many kids in this country are apathetic and
unmotivated because of brainwashing. Don't stop and seek an idiot's opinion if
you can avoid it.
- Individualists, entrepreneurs, and people who stand up for themselves are
frequently isolated, mocked, hoodwinked, and falsely accused. "Right wingers" who insist on
putting the elite's nonsense in their heads will scatter when their heroes are
struck. They are easily divided against
each other and themselves. If you are
divided against yourself, you'll find things not working out.
- They say you have to go to college. No you don't. Many billionaires quit or did not attend
college. You can Google your education, like Sean Parker says. You can read how-to's. You can experiment on your own. You can search for instructional videos on
youtube. You can go to a seminar.
- When professors (and others) drop the truth bomb, they immediately put
the sh*t back in the horse or sugarcoat the facts so people don't "turn
negative" or panic. Be the special
kind of person that pulls the poison pill right out of all the tasty stuff. They can still say they told you.
- People are told the government can and will take care of them? Like 19th century Native Americans? Like bank customers in Cyprus? Like famous
whistleblowers of recent history? Like
86 year old in the U.S. that need heart
surgery? Like any convenient whipping
boy in all history?
Oh, and don't pay attention to the Georgia Guidestones.
Get your MasterMind or the mentors in your MasterMind to kick your ass,
take logical steps towards your goals, stay up late, face fears, and even
multitask, if you must to get things done.

Make a Wealth Plan
People make all sorts of plans, retirement plans, honeymoon plans, business plans, marketing plans....
How about a wealth plan?
To make a wealth plan, write out all the things you should, would, could do. Then prioritize them and continue planning.
After the wealth plan is finalized, get to work. Check off each item after it is completed.
With a wealth plan, you won't forget your ideas. It will be a little tougher for some slop to get you off track.
You can have your Master Mind group help you with your plan.
Use www.renegadeuniversity.net to help you formulate a plan.

Design. Don't Just React - Design
Its not always right to wait for forces out of your control to rescue you.
The traffic lights will not all turn green at the time you want to go.
Get with your MasterMind and plan. Design the next deal, marketing campaign, or any project you want to launch and launch it.
Don't slack. Don't get lazy or get in a rut. Be like a coach, a boss or a good friend.
Emphasize your designs and plans, rather than just reacting to what happens.
Don't just state goals and hope the Universe comes to your aid. Make a plan you can put into action. What are the first steps? The baby steps? Plan as thoroughly as necessary. Have back up plans. Who do you need to meet? Find out how to be prepared. What will the people involved say to you or ask you?
There is no telling what knowledge your goal will require you to get.
Be persistent. Hopefully your goal gets you out of bed.

How to Become a Billionaire
1) Improve the world. Invent a product or service that makes everyone in the world's life better. I wrote a book about MasterMind groups. If you are going to get people in your MasterMind group, you have to improve a few people's lives. Show them how to make more money. Show your protege friend the ropes to the field you are in. Then figure out how to get paid for serving more people.
Positively impact a billion people and you should be a billionaire.
2) Add more and MORE value than your competitors. Look at the iphone and the droid. Their customers have a value packed deal. If word gets out that a good special report you wrote will solve X problem, you could sell a lot of your products with the traffic you get.
Impact a billion people better, faster and cheaper than your competitors.
3) Give your government an edge through technology. You can improve a function of the government with the right product or service. There is a little more to it than defense, intelligence, and law enforcement. Computer programs may be needed to cut costs and streamline, etc.
4) Make deals. Joint ventures could pan out. Who has what you need? Do you have what they need? Make a deal. Consider a joint venture.
5) Do more deals. How many things going does Trump have? What I have been thinking is: entertain more and more people through various projects. Maximize the use of your time like Trump does. You don't know ahead of time what will really work on a massive scale. Have as many deals as you and your team can manage.
If you dont have the resources to pay a 10 person company, talk to your MasterMind group.
6) Brainstorm outside the box. Don't go to bed when your creative juices are flowing. Write down and brainstorm your best out of the box ideas. Improve things that already exist.
7) Investigate the buzz. Or have someone investigate the buzz for you. Search the world for the best wealth building opportunities.

An Idea for Mastermind Groups, Forum Moderators, Political Committess, etc.
Get the pedestrians out of the fast lane!
They are dangerous!
What are they trying to do? Wash windshields? Score a lawsuit?
Weed out pedestrians.

The Power of Creating a Mastermind Group
Who has not heard of Napoleon Hill? And indeed, who has not heard of his classic Think and Grow Rich? The book, published in 1937, contains great ideas that have made their impact upon the whole world all through these years and are relevant even today. Masterminding is two or more individuals coming together to accomplish more than either could alone. The thought is working together creates harmony and purposeful relationships. This group helps to bring out your creative genius and expand your ideas into greatness.
The secret sauce is that each one knows that the ultimate aim is to reach your destination by brainstorming, supporting ideas that need support but at the same time offering constructive criticism. Each member should remember that it is the group to which the agenda belongs. All members are expected to participate in order to move the group to new heights. A sincere mastermind group offers experience to members. Your ability to grow and become a better individual in your personal and business life is highly likely. This is assuming that like minded people are coming together. The greatest asset that you have is a ready-made support network. Other benefits include: confidence builder, accountability partners, and feedback.
Who can create a successful mastermind group?
People who see themselves as:
interacting with people of similar interests and skills.
committed to a give and take relationship.
laser focused and goal oriented
passionate about taking their success to the next level
committed to the cause to help and be helped.
Your mastermind group does not have to be formal. Many of you are probably part of a powerful group but have not officially formed or titled your group. Examples: military groups, book clubs, mom or dad groups, other support groups. All of these groups can be formed into more powerful alliances at any given time. Initially, the ideal number of members should not be more than 6. New members can be admitted, provided they meet the quality standards that should be in place. It is recommended that new members have the approval of all the existing members. A membership fee can be imposed.
Questions to ask potential members of your mastermind group:
Are you committed to your own goals?
Are you willing to commit to helping others reach their goals?
Will you commit to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings?
What skills have you developed that will benefit the group?
What skills can the group provide to you to assist in your endeavors?
Ways to meet:
Mastermind groups can meet in person, on the telephone, or by tele-conferencing. During the meeting, each member should update the group on what has happened since the last meeting, including new opportunities or obstacles. Have members ask for resources if needed at this time.

How to Create a Master Plan for Success
In order to have a clear plan for success, you must have your goals written down. Yeah, I know you've probably heard this before, but why do you think you've heard it so many times? Because writing down your goals works!
A client of mine didn't want to write down his goals. When we first started working together, he told me that he had been in business for 20 years, was earning $120,000 and didn't think goal setting would work for him to grow his business. I explained to him that it would give him clarity and something to strive for. After his initial resistance, he finally listened to me and told me that one of his goals was to double his business to $240,000. Within 6 months of working together, he doubled his business and made the most amount of money he has every made in his entire career. Why do you think this happened? Because having clarity and a master plan with goals pays off!
To improve your chance for success, you should create a master plan. This is your big picture... a visual map of how success looks to you.
Here's how you can create a game plan for focusing on your goals:
IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES:
Think of 101 things you want to accomplish in the next 10 years. Have fun with this and let your imagination run free. Be specific and personalize your list by beginning each sentence with "I am" or "I will." For example, "I will exercise at least three times a week. "Or I am the most successful salesperson in my company".
To get you started, here are a few questions that can help you gain focus:
What do I want to do?
What do I want to have?
Where do I want to go?
What contribution do I want to make?
What do I want to become?
What do I want to learn?
Whom do I want to spend time with?
How much money do I want to earn, save and invest?
How much time do I want off for fun?
What will I do to improve my health?
Once you make your list of goals, prioritize them. Place a 1 by the most important goal, 2 beside the next most important and so on. But before you do that, write down the most important reason you want to accomplish each goal and the biggest benefit you will receive from each. This will help you stay focused and motivated.
CREATE A PICTURES GOAL BOOK:
To improve your focus on your new lifestyle, create a picture book of your most important goals. Simply start collecting pictures in a large photo album. For instance, if your goal is to travel to France, start clipping photos of places, people and items associated with that country. For a real-life example, a client of mine wanted to obtain 60 new clients, so he cut out pictures of people's faces and pasted them on a large poster board with the number 60 around it. This helped him visualize his goal, making it seem more achievable.
USE AN IDEAS BOOK:
Get a basic notebook and jot down your daily observations and insights. This is a powerful tool to expand your awareness. You can use your book for business ideas, sales tips presentation skills, money-making projects or quotes you have read. If you're more of a computer person, you can start a Word document called "Great Ideas."
VISUALIZE, THINK, REFLECT AND REVIEW:
Use your imagination to create positive, winning pictures. The sharper your images are and the more intense you feel, the more likely you are to create the result you desire.
DEVELOP MENTORS AND MASTERMIND GROUPS:
Surround yourself with people who have more experience in areas where you are lacking. Your master mind group should have four to six people who meet regularly to share ideas and support each other. These are power alliances that can help you achieve your goals much faster than you could on your own.

7 Tips for Your Mastermind
Mastermind groups are formed by professionals for a number of reasons. The three top reasons being:
1.To generate new ideas and share best practices in an effort to increase revenue and create efficiencies in each member's businesses.
2.To establish a space for accountability, goal setting and encouragement amongst entrepreneurs who are not necessarily reporting up to or being pushed by a Manager. (They are the captain of their own ship)
3.To network and cultivate possible referral relationships with other professionals.
Professionals generally enter into mastermind groups with great enthusiasm and high expectations. However, after six months to a year of meeting, many groups find that the excitement has a tendency to wane and unfortunately, the attendance then follows suit.
Here are 7 helpful tips to help keep your Mastermind group engaged, consistently attended and growing...
Tip #1-Make sure you have a variety of professionals attending who share similar pains. I've talked to Mortgage Professionals who have formed mastermind groups made up solely of Realtors or Financial Planners. This may seem like utopia for YOU, but the group will eventually suffer and may even begin to feel that your attempt to put together a mastermind group was purely self serving. Fresh perspectives, unique approaches & creative business models are more easily derived from groups that include different types of professionals. Of course, only include professionals who share in your pains (i.e. generating leads, branding one's self, team, marketing, effective sales scripts, budgeting, etc.)
Tip #2-Include creative "shake-ups." Make one of your Mastermind sessions an event that the entire group attends, like a seminar or presentation on sales techniques or social media, a chamber mixer or meetup.com event. Assign chapter readings and group discussion from popular business or self help books, like Think and Grow Rich, The Success Principles, The Tipping Point, or Taming Your Gremlin. Use one session to train on a particular product, system or new technology the group is interested in. Spend one session watching a Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield or Wayne Dyer DVD.
Tip #3-Establish a rotating guest speaker list. Assign each mastermind group member a month that they are responsible for inviting a guest speaker. The guest speaker could be a physical fitness expert, a life or business coach, a social media guru, a holistic healer, a local top salesman, a Manager sharing his/her team leadership secrets, a branding expert, a local blogging superstar, etc.
Tip #4-Share the knowledge. Post your agenda, guest speakers' names, take-aways and "aha" moments and newfound knowledge from your mastermind groups on your blog, LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. Encourage everyone in the mastermind group to do the same.
Tip #5-Don't be a venue hog. Find other locations, other than YOUR office, to hold your mastermind sessions and change it up from time to time. I had a client hold one at a local park with great success. You can also go to your local library, favorite coffee house, wine bar or bistro, community center or recreation center, pastry shop or even one of your group member's residences.
Tip #6-Introduce the 20 Questions game. When utilizing "group think" to help solve a member's current issue, dilemma, roadblock, bottleneck, conflict, etc., have each member ask that person questions about their current situation, not to exceed 20 questions. No one is to suggest or tell the person what to do, nor make statements or share their opinion. They are simply to ask questions to help the one individual experience a breakthrough and to do so without comparing, assuming one person has the solution, or inadvertently creating tension or conflict in the group.
Tip #7-Survey the group. Never assume that your members are satisfied with the current format, agenda, guest speakers, direction and/or vision of the mastermind group. You know what they say about "assuming." The best way to keep your mastermind group alive and kicking is to be open to changing things up, trying new things and most importantly, listening to the V.O.M. (voice of the mastermind)
The power of the mastermind comes from each member's unique experiences, knowledge and willingness to share. As the leader of the mastermind, you owe it to yourself and the group to be picky about whom you choose to invite as a member. Set the bar high! Find individuals who are smarter, more creative, more innovative and more financially savvy than you are.
It's like Jack Canfield once said, "You are the average of the five people, outside of your family, that you hang out with the most." Take the time to find the "right" members and choose to raise your average.
