Motivation Hack: Just SNAP


In the book Emergency, Neil Strauss said, “she just snapped.”  A person can just snap and suddenly change a long held belief. 

You could snap by immersing yourself in your project.  You could cause yourself to snap by reflecting on all the emotional reasons for achieving your goal.  You can tell yourself to snap or tell yourself to imagine you snapped in an affirmations tape.
